Housing support
Our housing support team works with vulnerable people to find long-term housing solutions and to overcome the barriers that may be preventing them from securing a home.
Emotional support
We understand that homelessness can be a traumatic experience, and
we provide emotional support to help vulnerable people heal and move forward.
Financial assistance
We offer financial support to help with rent deposits, moving costs, and
other essential expenses related to independent living.
Education support
We deliver training in urban hydroponic farming especially for social housing residents, to provide a green and peaceful environment for them to connect with nature, have a positive impact on mental health, and improve their access to nutritious food.
